Hello! Welcome to my classroom website. I thought I would share just a little about myself here. My name is Amy-Marie Sauzier. I graduated from Georgia State University with an Early Childhood Education and Special Education degree. My public schooling in Georgia was all through Fulton County, so I am delighted that I get to come back to the county I was taught in to teach. My schooling in Georgia includes Elkins Pointe Middle School and Roswell High School. I am South African and with that said, I went to elementary school in South Africa. I was lucky enough to attend the same school that my mother taught at... I never had her as a teacher though. Should you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please contact me.
Facts about me: I really love giraffes. They are all around my classroom. Students have drawn some amazing pictures of giraffes for me. I love chocolate. Dark chocolate mostly, but my sweet tooth isn't picky. I really enjoy all different kinds of food. One of my favorites is Tex-Mex. I was introduced to "Tomato Bread" in Spain and that has easily come up to be one of my favorites. I also really enjoy pasta! I really LOVE travelling. I have been to Peru, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Botswana, Seychelles, Mauritius, Haiti, and many places in the states. I like to hike and camp. Fall and Spring weather is my favorite. Not too cold... Not too hot. I love the beach... My grandparents live in the Seychelles and I got to spend a lot of time there! I really enjoy coffee. The newest event in my lift is that I got engaged in June of 2017. We are planning on getting married in the Spring of 2018. :) |
